  It can be enjoyed by people of all ages and gender, and can be played easily
  With the faster sense of speed than badminton, it is possible to experience exhilarating feelings in the hands.
  Moreover, it is possible to sufficiently enjoy the appeals of the game even in a small space. It is an indoor sport.

• WEAKNESS

  The level of recognition is low with inadequate activities of club members.

• Opportunity

  It can induce interest and intrigue in a sport with new concept, particular, given the continuous increase in the interest of people in health and sports.
  There is an increase in the opportunities to engage in leisure activities by the general public through the implementation of the 5-working day week system. Accordingly, it is possible to achieve stable income once the number of the members reaches a prescribed level.

• SO

  By inducing the children and adolescents in their growth phase, it is possible to improve their physique, stamina, ability to concentrate and growth in body height, and relieve stress.
  . It is also possible to use the space efficiently because courts can be put into a relatively small space. Since it is space-intensive sport, the overall quantity of exercise performed is relatively substantial without having to impart physical impact on the body, that is, excessive burden on the joints.

• WO

  Due to the small number of the dedicated gymnasiums, the level of activities of club members as well as the level of recognition is low. The Association will excavate star athletes and increase the level of recognition at the same time by regularly holding national Techminton tournaments, and activate the club member activities by opening on and off-line cafés, and establishing website.

• THREAT

  The establishment of gymnasium is influenced by the locational factors and it takes substantial amount of time in recruiting regular members after the opening of the gymnasium.

• ST

  Promotions are focused on marketing activities by means of leaflets, banners and fliers. Seasonal changes do not have effect on the game since it is an indoor sport.

• WT

  Events are executed with the sponsorship by the headquarters through the harmonious communications between the headquarters and branch offices. Recruit the members quickly by introducing the social commerce system.
